We were able to bring three aid shipments containing food and hygiene items to the north-east of Ukraine.
Your donations enabled us to deliver to the home for disabled children in Shostka. The items included hygiene products and preserved food, which was prepared by volunteers in Ukraine with our support.
We were able to help 37 other children with hygiene and dental care products as well as non-perishable food. The rehabilitation center in Shostka is a refuge for children from difficult family backgrounds and from regions that have been particularly affected by the war.
The dedicated helpers in the Sumy region have received an e-bike from us, which they use to bring relief supplies directly to the people. In many rural areas there is no public transport, the infrastructure is often destroyed and fuel is expensive. With the electric bike, the volunteers can now reach more people who urgently need food but cannot leave their place of residence.
