Donations in kind
We are collecting donations of goods, such as non-perishable food items, hygiene products, and first-aid supplies, for transport to Ukraine. Here you can find out what is urgently needed, where we accept donations, and where you can send packages. We are constantly updating this page to reflect current needs.
Groceries
Food should be shelf-stable, ready to eat, and securely packaged (no glass or Tetra Pak).

Functional clothing
We currently do not need regular clothing. Please support the Berlin City Mission and the Caritas clothing banks.
Medications
We accept medications from commercial donors and private individuals. We cannot accept expired medications.
Medical supplies
Bandages and dressings can be sterile or non-sterile. They may also be past their expiration date, but must be unused and in their original packaging. There is currently no need for FFP2 or medical masks.

Please pack as many identical products as possible into one box and clearly label all packages with the contents and quantity. Smaller quantities can be dropped off at our Berlin collection point.

Will donations in kind be picked up from my home?
Should you have more than three full moving boxes of the items listed in the needs list and absolutely cannot arrange transport to us, then please feel free to donate them. Contact us on. Please specify the collection location, possible collection days and times, your telephone number, and the type and quantity of the donation.
How can I help?
We work entirely on a volunteer basis and welcome any help. Support is needed in many areas: with relief supplies, events, and logistics. If you would like to contribute your time or special skills, please get in touch. contact with us.
