Donations in kind

We are collecting donations in kind, such as non-perishable food, hygiene items and bandages for transport to Ukraine. Here you can find out what is urgently needed now, where we accept donations in kind and where you can send packages. We are constantly updating this page and adapting it to requirements.

Groceries

Food should be long-lasting, ready to eat and safely packaged (no glass or Tetra Pak).

Baby and children's food
Dehydrated food for quick preparation
Coffee, tea, coffee whitener and chicory
Cans with tear-off lids
Muesli and energy bars, nuts, dried fruit
Drinking water canister (up to 10 l)

Functional clothing

Currently we do not need regular clothing. Please support the Berlin City Mission and the Caritas clothing stores.

Toys

We collect toys and art supplies for Therapy rooms in Ukraine.

Medicines

We accept medication from commercial donors and from private individuals. We cannot accept expired medication.

Antibiotics (ampoules, tablets)

Medical material

Bandages can be sterile or non-sterile. They can also have an expired shelf life, but they must be unused and packaged intact. There is currently no need for FFP2 and medical masks.

Collection points

Please pack as much of the same product as possible in one package. All boxes should be labeled with the contents and quantity. You can then drop off your packages at our collection points in Berlin.

Deliveries of a full pallet or more can be brought directly to our warehouse in Berlin. To arrange an appointment, please contact Contact with us.

frequently asked Questions

Can I donate clothes?

Our focus is on medical items, medicines and relief supplies for transport to Ukraine. We are not currently collecting regular clothing. However, you can Caritas clothing store support with clothing donations.

Will donations in kind be picked up from me?

If you have more than three full moving boxes from the donations in kind mentioned in the list of needs and are unable to organize transport to us, please feel free to Contact us onPlease state the collection location, possible collection days and times, your telephone number and the type and quantity of the donation in kind.

How can I help?

We work entirely on a voluntary basis and appreciate any help. Support is needed in many areas: with relief supplies, events, and logistics. If you would like to contribute your time or expertise, please feel free to contact us. Contact with us.

Can I help with transportation?
