Aid workers struggle to maintain a presence

It is becoming increasingly difficult for aid organizations supporting Ukraine to draw attention to their work. "The attack on Ukraine is now being replaced in the media by the Gaza war, which is a shame," Oleg Motus, chairman of the Ukraine Aid Berlin association, told the German Press Agency.

The children's news program logo! reports on our emergency backpack campaign. Students from Berlin are packing the backpacks for children in Ukraine. The aid is urgently needed there, as schoolchildren repeatedly have to seek shelter in air-raid shelters from Russian attacks.

Donations for flood victims

Deutsche Welle reports on our aid for the victims of the flooding in Kherson. Russia detonated the Kakhovka Dam on June 6, triggering a humanitarian catastrophe. We are continuously collecting donations of supplies and money for the people on the ground and for reconstruction efforts.
