The Russian invasion also marked the beginning of the massive destruction of civilian infrastructure in Ukraine and the starvation of the population. Many people were already living below the poverty line before the war, and now they can no longer even provide for their basic needs. You can help by sponsoring people in Ukraine.
Food and medicines
The war is exacerbating the suffering of an entire nation and traumatizing millions of children. The delivery of food, medicine and other life-saving supplies remains difficult and uncertain.
Medical and psychological treatment is also needed locally and costs a lot of money. An individual sponsorship supports the people with humanitarian aid and gives them hope.

Who can help?
Everyone can take part. We facilitate contact between individuals, families, organizations and companies in Germany and the people and institutions in Ukraine. We reliably document the donation and, if requested, provide specific reports, information, videos, photos and contact persons.
How can I support?
With a monthly donation of your choice you support:
25 euros:
a young, sick, disabled, old, female or queer individual,
50-150 euros:
a family in need,
300-500 euros:
a social, educational or medical institution in Ukraine.
You can also make a one-off donation or ask us your questions at your leisure. Organizations and companies give their social responsibility an individual component through a sponsorship without any additional effort. We also ensure the care of your sponsors through additional donation campaigns from the Ukraine Aid Donation Community. You can end your sponsorship at any time without giving reasons. Your donation is tax deductible and you will receive a donation receipt.
Who is behind the project?
The project is under the patronage of Ukraine Hilfe Berlin. We have over 10 years of experience in the field of humanitarian aid for the people of Ukraine, in-depth knowledge of the country and its people, and reliable cooperation partners. We offer our sponsors information events and organized meetings so that they can exchange ideas with one another.
Will my help reach its destination?
Yes, we will ensure that you are in constant contact with your sponsored people. If desired, direct contact can be established between the sponsors and their sponsored people or institutions.
Everyone in the sponsorship team works on a voluntary basis.
We select secure and cost-effective direct transfers to the account of your protégés, transport donations in kind to Ukraine and secure support from volunteers from our cooperation partners.
