Fundraising for resuscitation equipment

Since Russia's invasion of the entire Ukraine, the Ukrainian health system has been in a state of emergency. The number of patients and the severity of injuries has multiplied, especially in regions close to the 1,000-kilometer-long front line. Many doctors and nurses have also had to flee the war, which further worsens the situation.

In such an emergency situation, as many medical tasks as possible must be transferred to automated systems. Lucas 3 is a cardiopulmonary resuscitation device, which is also used in Ukraine. The device can perform resuscitation with the exact sequence of steps and at the medically necessary rhythm. This relieves the burden on rescuers, as resuscitation is not an easy task for them, even physically.

Resuscitations often take place in cramped conditions on improvised operating tables. In addition to the actual resuscitation, other medical interventions must be carried out on the patient at the same time: stopping bleeding, restoring other bodily functions, suturing and plugging wounds. Therefore, every space at the operating table is valuable and every pair of hands is important in saving the patient's life.

Devices like Lucas 3 can significantly improve the chances of survival for the wounded. That's why we're raising funds to purchase these automatic life savers. Apply now our fundraising campaign Even many small donations together make a big difference.
