Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of the public, Ukraine Aid Berlin recorded revenues of over €2.33 million in 2025 – including almost €2.26 million from donations. Our latest transparency report details how we used these funds.
Emergency services & first responders: With over €814,000 for rescue vehicles and a further €118,000 for protective equipment and first aid supplies, we support those who risk their lives to save others.
Medical care: We spent almost €228,000 on medication and modern medical technology to strengthen the heavily burdened healthcare system.
Protection against cold and power outages: Because Russia is deliberately bombing power plants with missiles and drones, we have procured emergency generators for €210,000. A further €170,000 went directly to child aid, relief supplies, clothing, and sponsorships for those in need.
We owe the efficient use of funds to our team: everyone here works exclusively on a voluntary basis. This keeps our administrative costs to a minimum – operating costs amounted to just €17,900. Of the remaining income, €514,000 was added to reserves to ensure we can continue to provide rapid assistance in the future.
In light of the ongoing attacks on Ukraine, we are continuing our work unabated. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all our donors.
