We recently financed 400 packs of emergency rations and ready meals for people in the flood-affected area and in places close to the front.
By blowing up the Karchowka dam, Russia has triggered a humanitarian catastrophe in the Kherson region. Thousands of people have lost their homes and have to be cared for in emergency shelters. The delivered Ready-to-eat food is produced in Ukraine and can be prepared quickly and easily even in temporary accommodation.
We also delivered 13 boxes with handy gas cookers, matching gas cartridges and a large tent.
Together with other aid organizations, we were also able to procure 30 packages of equipment for rescuers in the flood area.
