This time it was a fully equipped fire engine that Ukraine-Hilfe Berlin eV had donated to the Khmelnitsky fire department with the help of the sponsors Docure Dr. Annett Kleinschmidt (Annette Kleinschmidt, Yvonne Perdelwitz, Fernando Freire). The seller, Mr. Hans Schwäble from Gerstetten near Ulm, also acquired a large amount of equipment as donations in kind from friendly fire departments, which went to Ukraine with the vehicle. The three Khmelnitsky firefighters received detailed instructions (local volunteers helped with interpreting) and then set off for home in a serviceable vehicle (the water tank was also full). They have now arrived safely in Ukraine.
