We help with our Emergency rations project Volunteers in Ukraine who prepare meals for people in hard-to-reach areas.
Recently we were able to financially support a committed group of six women in their food procurement. They buy food and process it into long-lasting food.
No complicated technology is used. The women preserve the finished food in the traditional way in preserving jars. This example shows that a lot can be achieved with simple means and a lot of commitment.
