The children's center "The Sun World" in Kamyanske near Dnipro cares for children from socially disadvantaged families and, more recently, increasingly for war refugees. Here, the children have the opportunity to get a hot meal, do their homework, or simply do crafts or paint together with peers.
The manager, Mr. Mykola Trofimov, anticipates frequent power and heating outages due to Russian shelling of the energy infrastructure and is preparing for a harsh winter.

Берлін, was able to deliver a powerful generator that can power not only lighting but also electric heaters in an emergency.
