Ukraine Aid Berlin recorded revenues of almost €1.8 million last year, including €1.6 million in donations from individuals and companies. This information comes from the annual transparency report.
We used the donations to help lifesavers who often put themselves in danger. This allowed us to support firefighters, paramedics, and rescue workers with equipment, bandages, and ambulances. To support the strained healthcare system, we provided doctors with urgently needed medications and modern equipment. For families in need, orphanages, and the elderly, we procured generators, non-perishable food, and hygiene products.
A heartfelt thank you goes to everyone who supports us with invaluable donations of goods and money. Ukraine Aid Berlin would also be unthinkable without the many volunteers, as everyone involved works entirely on a voluntary basis in their free time. And because Russia continues to terrorize the people of Ukraine with bombs and missiles 800 days after the invasion, we will continue our work.
Ukraine Aid Berlin is recognized as a non-profit organization by the tax office and has committed itself to the Transparent Civil Society Initiative affiliated. We provide an annual overview of our finances and publish our income and expenses.
