156 children from the Ichnan district in northern Ukraine will start school this year. All of them recently received one of our emergency backpacks.
Each backpack contains a lunchbox, a water bottle, biscuits, wet wipes, and something to play with. The children need these essential items when they seek refuge in air-raid shelters from Russian attacks.
In April we already 300 such backpacks for schoolchildren The donations were presented in Chernihiv and Poltava. We are organizing this aid project together with the Mariano-Josephinum Gymnasium in Hildesheim and the... Rotary Club Kyiv-Capita.
