The latest fundraising campaign for rescue vehicles in Ukraine has successfully concluded. Over 500 supporters participated in the ninth campaign by video blogger Torsten Heinrich, ensuring that we can purchase and transport more life-saving evacuation vehicles.
While the new procurements are underway, the vehicles from the previous collection are already in use on site. Since the conclusion of the winter collection in January, we have delivered 22 additional ambulances to Ukraine.
They are deployed where every second counts: They evacuate people who have to flee their homes from Russian attacks and ensure that the wounded can receive medical care quickly.
The work of the rescue teams is a race against destruction. Because Russia is also deliberately targeting evacuation vehicles, vehicles are constantly being lost. Therefore, continuous... Donate so important.
