On March 24, 2022, the Volunteer Center sent relief supplies to 5 different cities in Ukraine. A total of 732 boxes were sent!
Almost a third of the boxes consisted of medicines, including essential medical slings that can save the lives of wounded people by stopping bleeding.
The boxes also contained batteries, flashlights, sleeping bags and necessary tools.
In addition, 168 boxes of baby food were sent to Ukraine to help babies survive the war. These boxes were collected by students at a Berlin school, which made us very happy.
Of course, we have not forgotten the animals; we have collected and sent 76 boxes full of animal feed to them as well.
