Ukraine-Hilfe Berlin eV, together with Open eV – OPEN Association, has purchased 580 tourniquets (binding systems) of the CAT 7 generation for our military at the front.
Tourniquets are issued to soldiers from Kropyvnytskyi, Lviv, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia and many other cities.
