The fire department in Kherson has received a new thermal imaging device from us. This will allow emergency responders to rescue people from burning buildings who would be invisible to the naked eye in the dense smoke.
Kherson lies directly on the front line and was occupied by Russian troops until its liberation in November 2022. Since then, life-saving equipment, protective clothing, and gloves have been in short supply. We have already procured three fully equipped fire engines for various fire departments in Ukraine, and We continue to collect donations.
