On March 24, 2022, the volunteer center sent aid supplies to five different cities in Ukraine. A total of 732 boxes were shipped!
Almost a third of the boxes contained medications, including essential medical turntables that can save the lives of the wounded by stopping bleeding.
The boxes also contained batteries, flashlights, sleeping bags and necessary tools.
In addition, 168 boxes of baby food were sent to Ukraine to help babies survive the war. These boxes were collected by students from a Berlin school, which we greatly appreciated.
Of course, we haven't forgotten the animals; we also collected and sent 76 boxes full of pet food for them.
