We have handed over the 26th ambulance to our partner organization Ініціатива Е+ in Kyiv. On board: urgently needed firefighting equipment, children's clothing, hygiene products, and ambulance spare parts. The vehicle will be used under extremely difficult conditions near the front line for the medical evacuation of the wounded and civilians. A huge thank you again goes to Andrej Mauch, who dedicates himself to finding, inspecting, registering, and transporting vehicles, as well as to the Berlin Customs Agency for handling the formalities.
Another aid project is also progressing successfully: equipping Ukrainian rescue workers with all-wheel-drive quad bikes. In difficult-to-access areas – where normal vehicles fail – these all-terrain off-road vehicles are often the only way to rescue the wounded. Thanks to the support of 190 donors, three of the compact all-wheel-drive vehicles have been procured and delivered to Ukraine so far.
