With the help of donations, Ukraine-Hilfe Berlin organized a delivery of large household appliances to Ukraine. A total of six washing machines and eight dryers were handed over to social welfare organizations in the Rivne region in the northwest of the country.
The recipients are four special needs schools and a rehabilitation center for children with special needs and internally displaced persons.
One washing machine and one dryer each went to two support centers in the village of Chudel. The facilities in Ostroh and Kostopil also received new appliances. Additional washing machines went to the training and rehabilitation center of the Rivne Regional Council.
The fundraising campaign is part of our ongoing aid project Hope for Ukrainian Kids, which aims to improve the living conditions of children with disabilities or those who have experienced war.
