Since October, Ukraine Aid Berlin has procured and delivered another 33 evacuation vehicles to Ukraine. These vehicles are being used to rescue people from conflict zones – often under life-threatening conditions. Paramedics have already saved the lives of hundreds of people using these pickup trucks and vans. Civilians are also being evacuated from the devastated front-line regions using them.
These deliveries were made possible by video blogger Torsten Heinrich, who thus launched his seventh fundraising campaign for the non-profit Ukraine Aid Berlin. Over 2,500 viewers responded to his appeal and participated in the campaign.
But because Russia is relentlessly pursuing its campaign of annihilation, even resorting to attacks on rescue workers, many cars are being destroyed. To ensure the evacuations can continue, Torsten Heinrich has launched a new fundraising campaign over Christmas. You can participate here until January 10, 2026., so that the donation amount can be reached.
The aim is to provide sufficient rescue vehicles in the coming months so that wounded people and civilians continue to have a chance of receiving rapid assistance.
