100 emergency backpacks delivered for schoolchildren

Together with the Rotary Club Poltava, we provided 100 schoolchildren with emergency backpacks. Each contains a lunchbox, a water bottle, and art supplies. This ensures the children have the essentials if they need to seek shelter in an air-raid shelter due to the constant Russian attacks.

The handover took place as part of the "Save Teddy" project at Special School No. 40 in Poltava. In this training program for first-graders, the children playfully learn how to act quickly in dangerous situations, grab the essentials, and get to safety.

The operation was organized by the Rotary Club Poltava together with the rescue forces of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

We financed the backpacks with the help of many dedicated donors. Thank you so much for your support! Our aid project continues, because many schoolchildren in Ukraine still do not have an emergency backpack.
