An ambulance donated by us in July (see link) hereTwo weeks ago in southeastern Ukraine, an ambulance transporting a seriously wounded patient was fired upon by enemy mortars. Two occupants (a medic and the wounded man) were tragically killed. The ambulance was beyond repair.
Elena Eyngorn was asked for a replacement ambulance, and Ukraine-Hilfe Berlin eV was able to procure a used ambulance within a week and make it ready for collection. The vehicle is already on its way to southeastern Ukraine to evacuate more wounded and sick people near the front lines.
Many thanks to Eyngorn Elena, Andrej Mauch, Sergei Luetke and Zollagentur Berlin Inh. David Lambrecht, who made this short-notice action possible.
