At the beginning of July, we delivered training materials for first aid courses for children and young people to Zmi\u00efv in the Kharkiv region. These included life-saving tools such as tourniquets. They have proven particularly effective in treating injuries caused by explosions, but their use requires practice. We had already delivered 100 of these in April. Binding systems for training purposes<\/a> delivered to Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These training courses are necessary because Russia is continuously attacking cities and civilian facilities throughout Ukraine with kamikaze drones and missiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the beginning of the Russian war of aggression until the end of June 2023, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights<\/a> 535 children killed and 1,095 injured in Ukraine. According to the UN, over 90 percent of civilian casualties are due to explosions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
