We help with our Emergency rations project Volunteers in Ukraine who prepare meals for people in hard-to-reach regions.
We recently provided financial support to a dedicated group of six women for their food procurement efforts. They buy food and process it into shelf-stable meals.
No elaborate technology is used. The women preserve the finished dishes in traditional canning jars. This example shows that even with simple means and a lot of dedication, a great deal can be achieved.
